Stir-Fried Green Beans with Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 tsp. dark sesame oil
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 lb. green beans, trimmed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbs. sesame seeds
Heat oils, soy sauce, and sugar in a skillet. Add green beans and stir to coat. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Uncover and add 1/4 cup water. Increase heat to medium-high, then stir-fry until green beans are done to your liking.
Transfer to serving container and toss with sesame seeds. Serve warm.
