Stir Fry Asparagus

This quick stir fry keeps the asparagus nice and green.  I have been making this recipe for family get togethers for many years.  Everyone loves it.

  • 3 Tbs. butter
  • 1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/8 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch lengths, about 4 C.
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce

In a large skillet, melt butter and add bouillion, celery salt and pepper. Mix together.  Add asparagus and toss to coat. Cover and cook 2 minutes over medium high heat, stirring occasionaly.  Stir in soy sauce and serve immediately.
