Stir Fry Asparagus
- 3 Tbs. butter
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 1/8 tsp. celery salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch lengths, about 4 C.
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
In a large skillet, melt butter and add bouillion, celery salt and pepper. Mix together. Add asparagus and toss to coat. Cover and cook 2 minutes over medium high heat, stirring occasionaly. Stir in soy sauce and serve immediately.
