Stir-Fry Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
- 3 Tbs. margarine
- 1 lb. stir-fry chicken
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced or 1 (8 oz.) can, drained
- 1 (14-oz.) can tomato chunks
- 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 C. minute rice
- 2 C. water

Directions
In large skillet, heat margarine, chicken, onion, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Cook on medium heat until chicken is tender (20 minutes). Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
In a separate pan, prepare 2 cups of rice with 2 cups of water. Add cooked rice to chicken mixture. Heat for 2 minutes. Serves 6.
