  • 1 lb of shrimp, peeled
  • 2 red pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp of chili powder
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • 1 c. of crashed tomatoes

On a greased skillet, combine shrimp, red pepper, jalapeƱo pepper and crashed tomatoes. Srpinkle with chili powder, cumin, paprika and black pepper, mix well. Add vegetable broth, and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve.
