Try this natural remedy smoothie for a stomach ache.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C. strong-brewed green tea, chilled
  • 1 C. diced apricots
  • 3/4 C. mango sorbet
  • 2 Tbs. frozen pineapple juice concentrate
  • 1/4 tsp. grated fresh ginger

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.

Yield: 2 servingsĀ
