Are you as obsessed with Stonefire Naan as we are? If you haven't had it yet, you have got to give it a try. Our friends over at Stonefire sent us this Mediterranean Naan recipe, and we absolutely love it!

  • 1 packages Stonefire Garlic Naan
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 3 ea. artichoke hearts, drained and quartered (jar)
  • 1/4 cup castelvetrano olive, drained and sliced (jar)
  • 1/4 cup piquillo pepper, drained and julienne (jar)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup manchego, grated
  • 1 ea. egg
  • 1/4 cup oz baby arugula, pre wash
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Lay the naan bubble side up on a baking tray. Spread hummus on naan bread. Garnish Naan with olives, and peppers. Crack one egg on Naan season with salt and top with grated manchego. Place Naan on middle rack of preheated 400F oven and heat for 10-15 minutes or until the ingredients are hot, egg is cooked and the cheese is melted. Remove from oven and sprinkle with arugula, lemon juice, and a light dusting of paprika. Slice and serve or fold in half and devour this delightful treat all to yourself immediately.
