Strawberries Romanoff

Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh strawberries with stems intact
- 1 C. freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 C. light sour cream
- 1/2 C. granulated brown sugar
Directions
Wash the strawberries and soak them in the orange juice for a few minutes at room temperature for several hours in the refrigerator. In a small mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and 1/4 C. of the brown sugar. Transfer the sweetened sour cream to a small serving bowl and place the remaining brown sugar in a small dish or bowl. Drain the strawberries and place them in a large serving bowl. Invite everyone to dip their own strawberries (holding them by the stems) into the sweetened sour cream and then into the brown sugar. Yield: 4 servings.
