Strawberries with Molasses Sour Cream Sauce

This is one of the simplest and most satisfying desserts you'll ever eat, summer or winter.

Ingredients

  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 Tbs. unsulfured molasses
  • 2 pint strawberries, hulled, and halved (if large)

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and 2 Tbs. molasses until smooth. Divide strawberries between four bowls and top with sour cream sauce. Drizzle remaining molasses over servings.
