Strawberry Almond Spinach Salad

- 2 C. strawberries, sliced
- 1 C. granny smith apples, chopped
- 1/2 C. slivered almonds, toasted
- ½ C. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 8 oz. baby spinach
- 4 T. balsamic vinegar
- 1 T. poppy seeds
In a medium bowl, combine strawberries, apples, almonds, and poppy seeds.
In a separate larger mixing bowl, drizzle balsamic vinegar over the greens and toss gently to coat. Continue tossing until the greens are all evenly slicked with dressing.
Gently toss the strawberries, apples, almonds, and poppy seeds with the spinach.
Transfer the salad to a large serving bowl.
Sprinkle Gorgonzola over the top before serving.
