  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • Chocolate sauce

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the egg, oil, water, and milk. Next, beat in the flour and sugar until the mixture is smooth. In a skillet over medium-high heat, place some of the crepe batter into the pan and turn the skillet so it coats the bottom of the skillet thinly. Cook for 2-4 minutes until it is golden brown and flip to the other side cooking for the same time. Continue until all the batter is used. To assemble the crepes, drizzle some chocolate sauce on one side of the crepe and place fresh strawberries in the center. Roll up the crepe and drizzle with more chocolate and strawberries.
