For dessert in less than a half hour, try this quick and easy recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 box one-step angel food cake mix
  • 1 21 oz can strawberry pie filling

Directions

Mix the above together. Pour into jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

  • Yes, that is the entire recipe. I recommend you spray the baking pan with Pam first, mix the crushed pineapple & Angel Food Cake Mix together, place in prepared pan & bake app. 30 min. You can top it with Cool Whip if desired.

  • This reminds me of a diet recipe using one (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice and 1 box Angel Food Cake Mis. Stir together till well mixed (APP. 3 min) & pour into a 9"X13" pan already sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Delicious, esp. topped with Cool Whip & strawberries. For weight watchers, cut cake into 12 peces = 3 points.

  • So, is that the whole recipe? Is there a frosting or anything else? Do they need to cool before cutting? I assume the pan does not get greased....Is there a high altitude adjustment. I'd appreciate any high altitude adjustments to all the recipes.
