  • 2 Pork Chops
  • 1 Minced Clove of Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon of Chopped Rosemary
  • 1 Teaspoon of Chopped Thyme
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 2 Cups of Sliced Strawberries
  • ¼ Cup of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Pepper

Begin by seasoning both sides of each pork chop with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Pour the olive oil into a skillet and cook each side of the pork chops for 3-5 minutes over a medium-high heat. Remove them from the skillet and set them on a plate.

Then, add the strawberries, honey, and balsamic vinegar to the skillet, stirring occasionally until the sauce has become thicker. Pour this over your pork chops and enjoy!
