Strawberry Cake
Ingredients
- 1 white cake mix
- 3 Tbs. flour
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 C. cooking oil
- 3/4 C. water
- 1/3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
- 1/2 C. frozen or fresh sliced strawberries
- Icing:
- 2 Tbs. melted butter
- 1 1/2 C. powdered sugar
- 2 Tbs. crushed strawberries
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Bake in greased and floured tube pan in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or in a 9x13 cake pan for 30 minutes.
To make icing, combine butter, powdered sugar and strawberries. Drizzle over warm cake. Decorate cake with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
