  • ¾ pound strawberries
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • Graham crackers

Place all the ingredients, except the cream, in a food processor and blend until the mixture is a purée. Stir in the heavy cream and chill the mixture completely. Then freeze the mixture in an ice-cream maker. Serve with additional strawberry slices and crumbled graham crackers.
