Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of puff pastry dough
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Directions

1 Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
2 flatten your dough onto a lightly-floured work surface. Cut dough into 12 rectangles.
In a microwave safe container, heat your cream cheese on high for about 20 seconds to soften. Then Spread about 4 teaspoons over of your dough rectangles
Next, spread about 1 teaspoon jam over cream cheese. Place about 1 tbsp of strawberries in center of each square; spread slightly.
Once your fillings are completely distributed, roll up each rectangle, starting with shortest side, and pinch seam to seal.
Place each of your rolls on a cookie sheet, seam side down. Brush with butter, and sprinkle with sugar.
Finally, you must bake your rolls for about 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow them to cool for about 2 minutes, then remove them from cookie sheet.
