  • 8 oz. of soft cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of fresh, ripe strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp. of powdered sugar

Wash the strawberries in a bowl. You can actually go for 1/2 a cup if you want a spread that is more tangy. There is no problem with adding extra strawberries.

Mash your strawberries to a pulp with a fork. We prefer using a fork over a food processor to preserve all the nice chewy bits.

Mix your strawberries with the cream cheese and the powdered sugar. Whisk it with a beater on low to medium speed until it is  light and fluffy.
