Strawberry Cream Salad (Layered)
Ingredients
- 1 (3-oz.) pkg. strawberry jell-O or sugar free
- 1/2 C. boiling water
- 10 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
- 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 medium bananas, mashed
- 1 C. coarsely chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 C. sour cream (or light)
Directions
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Blend in strawberries with juice, pineapple, bananas and nuts. Pour half in an 8-inch square pan; cover and chill until firm. Cover remaining mix and let stand at room temperature.
