Strawberry Dutch Baby Pancakes

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 ½ pts. Strawberries, hulled
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla
- 1 cup of milk
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Add the eggs and flour in a large bowl and whisk.
Add the melted butter, vanilla and sugar gradually to the egg mixture. Continue whisking.
Pour the milk into the paste as you stir to ensure you get a smooth batter.
Put the strawberries in a greased saucepan and add the paste over it.
Bake for 40 minutes and sprinkle sugar above it.
Serve to enjoy.
