Strawberry Fruit Dip

A creamy and delicious dip that is mixed with pecans for crunch and used for strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 C. strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 C. finely chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1/8 tsp. ginger

Directions

In small bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Chill several hours to blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit.
