  • 2 1/2 Cups Strawberries, Chopped
  • 2 1/2 Cups Corn Starch
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar

In a sauce pan, combine strawberries, cornstarch, and sugar.
Mash strawberries and stir at a boil for about 2 minutes.
Pour filling into a bowl and let cool.
Pour into a jar.
Jam should be set in 10 minutes.
