- 3 C. water
- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 6 C. fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 C. lemon juice
Heat water and sugar until sugar is completely dissolved; let cool then chill. Puree berries in blender or food processor; combine with water-sugar mixture. Add lemon juice. Serve over ice.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
