Serving Size / Yield
- 2 1/2 Cups Strawberries, Chopped
- 2 1/2 Cups Corn Starch
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Granola
- Cut Strawberry Slices
- Whipped Cream
In a sauce pan, combine strawberries, cornstarch, and sugar.
Mash strawberries and stir at a boil for about 2 minutes.
Pour filling into a bowl and let cool.
In a Glass, put some of the strawberry filling inside.
Put slices of Strawberry around the inside of the glass.
Add half or the whole cup of granola inside.
Fill the rest of the glass with whipped cream and drizzle strawberry filling on top.
Chill for 5 minutes.
