Strawberry Pastries with Lemon Cream
Ingredients
- 4 frozen puff pastry shells
- 2 C. plain lowfat yogurt
- 3 Tbs. Honey
- 3/4 tsp. Lemon zest
- 1 Tbs. Plus 1 tsp. Lemon juice
- 4 C. strawberries, hulled and halved
Directions
Bake puff pastry shells according to package directions. Blend next 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Just before serving, spoon strawberries into baked puff pastry shells. Top with lemon cream.
