Strawberry Pie
Ingredients
- 1 lg. box vanilla pudding
- 1 6-oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 2 C. boiling water
- 2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen strawberries
- 2 baked 8-inch pie shells
- whipped topping
Directions
Cook vanilla pudding as directed on box. Cool 5 minutes. Stir; pour into pie shells. Chill. Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries; stir. Chill to thicken slightly. Spoon strawberry mixture over pudding in pie shells. Chill. Top with whipped topping.
