Strawberry Pizza Pie

This is a great recipe for any time. Easy to make and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C. flour
  • 3 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 C. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. real whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • Fresh or frozen strawberries

Directions

Mix together flour, sugar and butter to make crust. Spread onto a 9-inch pizza pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until a light golden. Cool completely.Take cream cheese and sugar and mix well until smooth. Take whipped cream and mix it with cheese and sugar mixture. Mix well - no lumps. Spread on top of cooled pie crust evenly. Take stawberries and mash them. Then spread over top of pizza evenly. Chill two hours. Store in refrigerator.
