  • 3 C sliced rhubarb
  • 3 C sliced strawberries
  • 1 C yellow cake mix
  • 1 C steel-cut oats
  • 1 tbsp grated orange peel
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ C brown sugar
  • 1/C cold margarine, cubed

Using a medium-sized slow cooker, pour in strawberries, rhubarb, sugar and orange peel.
In a medium bowl, stir cake mix, oats and cinnamon. Combine with butter in a blender until forming a chunky mixture. Pour mixture on-top of strawberries and rhubarb in crockpot.
Cover the crockpot and cook for 2 ½ hours, or until the crust is golden brown.
