2 Cups


  • 12 oz. light frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 1/2 C. brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbs. dark rum
  • fresh strawberries

Mix 1/2 cup whipped topping with brown sugar, vanilla, and rum.  Stir until well blended.  Let stand 5 minutes until sugar dissolved.  Stir again.  Fold brown sugar mixture into remaining whipped topping.  Serve with strawberries.
