Strawberry Snow

Ingredients
- 2 C. strawberries, sliced
- 1/3 C. brown sugar
- 2 oz. low-fat cream cheese
- 1 C. skim milk
Directions
In a blender, combine strawberries and sugar. Add cream cheese in small pieces. Process until very smooth. Add the milk. Mix well. Pour into an 8x8-inch shallow baking pan. Place in freezer for 2 hours or until partially frozen. Cut into pieces. Transfer to a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Return to the pan and freeze for 2 hours. Before serving, cut into pieces and process again just until creamy.
