Strawberry Spinach Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

- Fresh spinach
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup raw pecans (optional)
1. In large salad bowl, mix spinach, strawberries, cheese, and nuts.
2. In separate bowl,. combine vinegar and honey.
3. Add olive oil to vinegar mix and whisk.
4. Drizzle dressing over salad before serving.
