Strawberry Summer Salad

Ingredients
- 2 C. crushed pretzels
- 3/4 C. oleo, melted
- 3 Tbs. sugar
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 9 oz. cool whip
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. sliced strawberries
Directions
Mix together pretzels, oleo and 3 tablespoons sugar. Pack in the bottom of Pyrex dish. Let cool for 10 minutes. Soften cream cheese and mix with cool whip and 1 cup sugar. Spread over first layer and let chill. Mix strawberries, Jello package and 2 cups boiling water. Let thicken slightly. Pour over second layer and let congeal. Chill until ready to serve.
