Ingredients
- 6 anaheim peppers
- 1 1/2 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 lg. chicken breast
- 24 slices bacon
- green onion
- toothpicks
Directions
Slice your peppers in half from top to bottom. Then slice each one of those in half. Take your chicken breast and cut into small pieces. Put cream cheese into a bowl and heat in microwave for 30-60 seconds. Dice up your green onions to taste. Add green onions and chicken to the cream cheese and mix. Spoon into your peppers then wrap with bacon to hold mixture in place. take toothpicks and push through bacon and pepper. Cook untill bacon is done to your taste, turning offten.
