Stuffed and Grilled Jalapeno Peppers
- jalapeno peppers (5 per person)
- cheddar cheese, Colby Jack cheese or cheese of your choice
- water for soaking
Soak peppers in water for 1 hour prior to preparation. Cut lengthwise, seed pepper, leaving 7-10 seeds for "medium hot". Cut cheeses length of pepper, place between sides of pepper, wrap with one slice of bacon, secure with toothpicks, Grill on meidum heat for 20 minutes.
