  • 1 cup of artichokes hearts, sliced in half
  • ½ a cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ a cup of bread crumbs
  • ½ a cup of shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup of water

Preheat the broiler.
In a large pot, add the water and artichokes, and then place the pot in the broiler. Let the artichokes simmer and steam for about 25 minutes, or until tender. Once tender, let the artichokes cool off for 5-10 minutes, or until able to be handled.
In a large bowl, add the breadcrumbs, mozzarella and Parmesan and combine well to create the artichoke stuffing.
Put the stuffing evenly into the artichokes, then place the artichokes in a baking dish and bake for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted, and bread crumbs are golden.
Let them cool off and then serve with your favorite pasta sauce for dipping.
