  • 1 lb. bread dough
  • 6 Tbs. butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 C. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 (14-oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 C. cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Grease mini muffin pan tins. Tear dough in pieces to fit inside pan. Place bread shells on baking sheet covered with foil. Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in garlic and sesame seeds. Cook for about 30 seconds. Add bread chucks and cook over medium heat until bread is golden. Remove from heat. Mix sour cream, crushed red pepper, Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan and lemon-pepper seasoning in a large bowl. Stir in artichoke hearts and toasted bread to combine. Spoon half of mixture in each bread shell. Cover mini muffin with more dough on top. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
