Stuffed Chicken Breast
- Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 Tbs. feta cheese
- 1 Tbs. pesto
- Sprinkle of salt & pepper
Place chicken breast between 2 sheets waxed paper. Use rolling pin to pound out flat. Put feta and pesto down middle. Fold breast in half. Wrap 1 slice bacon around the breast and secure with toothpick. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until juices run clear.
