  • 1/3 C. Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. Dried Oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. Dried Thyme
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 2 dozen White Dinner Rolls, halved
  • 1 lb. Cooked Turkey Breast, shredded
  • 6 slices Swiss Cheese, quartered
  • 1 C. Salad Greens
  • Poppy Seeds, to garnish

In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, garlic, parsley, oregano, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper as needed. Spread Greek yogurt mixture onto the top half of each dinner roll. Layer atop the bottom halves, in order, even amounts of turkey, 1 slice of cheese, and even amounts of lettuce. Gently press the top half of each roll onto the filling to help sandwiches stick. Sprinkle sandwiches with poppy seeds before serving.
