Serving Size / Yield
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1/4 C. mayonnaise
- paprika for garnish
Slice eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove yolks carefully and place in small bowl. Mash yolks with a form. Stir in mayonnaise and salt. Blend until smooth and fluffy. Heap egg whites with mixture, garnish, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
