Stuffed Green Pepper Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cream cheeses
- 2 Tbs. nut meats, chopped fine
- l pimiento, cut fine
- l green pepper
- Optional garnish:
- paprika
- parsley
- French dressing
Directions
Mix nuts and pimiento with cheese. Add enough cream to mix smooth. Remove stem end and seeds from green pepper. Fill pepper with cream cheese mixture. Chill pepper thoroughly. Then slice with a sharp knife into as thin slices as possible. Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with paprika and parsley. You can also use French dressing.
