A little kid's dream come true: mashed potatoes, bacon and cheese all on top of a hot dog!

Ingredients

  • 8 hot dogs, split long ways to butterfly
  • 2 C. mashed potatoes
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 8 slices bacon

Directions

Arrange hotdogs on cookie sheet. Put 1/4 C. mashed potatoes on top of hotdog, place 1/2 slice cheese on potatoes, and top with bacon. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until bacon in cooked.

Yield: 4 servings
