  • 1 1/2 lbs. Italian sausage; browned, cut into 2" pieces
  • 2 onions; sliced
  • 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, prepared
  • 3 C. tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. dry basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 C. Mozzarella cheese
