Stuffed Pork Chops

Pineapple and fruit cocktail make these chops fruity and fun.

Ingredients

  • 4 chops pork chops thick cut with pocket
  • 1 can pineapple crushed
  • 1 C. fruit cocktail, canned
  • 1 box stuffing mix stovetop
  • 1/2 C. orange juice
  • 1 pkg. sweet and sour sauce, dehydrated

Directions

Have butcher thick-cut pork chops with pockets in center. Mix stovetop stuffing with crushed pineapple and orange juice. If not enough moisture, use more orange juice. Stuff mixture into pockets and place chops, bone side down on shallow pan. Then drain fruit cocktail and mix with sweet and sour sauce mix. pour over pork chops and bake in 350 degrees oven until done. Baste every 15 minutes. Can be served with salad and favorite bread.
