Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 6 oz. box Stove Top cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 C. hot chicken broth
- Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season each pork chop with pepper. Make a pocket in each pork chop by cutting between rib bones. Combine stuffing mix and chicken broth. Stuff each pork chop with 1/2 C. stuffing. Place in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Spoon stuffing around pork chops. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes, turning once halfway through baking.
