Ingredients
- 6 double pork chops
- 2 C. bread crumbs
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbs. parsley, minced
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 Tbs. grated onion
- 3 Tbs. milk
- vegetable oil
- water
Directions
Cut a pocket in the side of each chop. Combine the next 7 ingredients and mix well. Stuff each chop with mixture. Brown chops in oil, season, place in baking dish, add a little water, and bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour or until tender.
