Stuffed Ranch Dressing Deviled Eggs

- 6 eggs
- 3 T. ranch dressing
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 C. celery, finely chopped
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Take a saucepan, and place the eggs in a single layer adding water to cover them by one inch. Heat to boiling and then remove them from the heat. Cover them and let them stand for 15 minutes.
Chop up your red pepper and cook the mushrooms. Set them both aside.
Next, drain the water from the eggs, and rinse them with cold water. Place the eggs in bowl of ice water, letting them stand 10 minutes.
Now you can peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks carefully and place in a small bowl. Mash yolks with a fork until smooth. Stir in the mushrooms, pepper, and remaining ingredients except the paprika. Mix the ingredients well.
Now spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white halves and top off with some paprika.
