Creamy squash and stuffing made in your crockpot!

  • 1 lb. yellow squash, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb. zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 3 ribs celery, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • one 10-oz. can of chicken soup
  • one 8-oz. carton sour cream
  • 3 Tbs. flour
  • one 6-oz. pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/2 C. butter, melted

In a large bowl, combine squash, zucchini, celery, onion, and soup.  Mix sour cream with flour and stir into vegetables.  Toss stuffing with melted butter and spoon half into slow cooker.  Top with vegetables and spoon remaining stuffing on top. Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours.
