Stunning Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 carrots, thinly sliced
- 5 stalks celery, sliced
- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 1 9-oz. pkg. frozen green beans
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 C. diced canned tomatoes
- 4 C. tomato juice
- 1 1/2 C. water
- 1 Tbs. dried parsley
- 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. herb seasoning
- salt to taste
- 1 can light red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
Directions
Combine all ingredients in crock pot insert. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 6 hours. Season with salt to taste. Just before serving, stir in kidney beans. Serve hot.Â
