  • ½ lb Bacon
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 9" Pie Crust
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Green Onions, sliced
  • 3 tsp Dry Mustard
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Cook bacon thoroughly and until crispy, then break into small pieces
Melt butter then pour carefully into the pie crust.
Sprinkle cheese on top of the butter
Beat eggs well then mix milk and onions and continue beating for 1 minute.
Pour all ingredients into the pie crust and sprinkle bacon on top of the mixture
Bake for 30 minutes
