  • 3 T. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 4 C. blueberries
  • 1 pie shell
  • 1 T. butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a bowl mix the sugar, cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon; sprinkle the mixture over fresh blueberries. Pour the blueberry mixture onto the pie shell. Cut remaining pastry dough into wide strips and make a lattice top. Allow to bake for about 50 minutes.
