Deviled eggs are so good. They’re hard-boiled and the yolks are mixed with mustard and mayonnaise to make a great filling that is pleasing to the taste buds.

12 eggs


  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • ½ tsp. vinegar
  • Water

Bring water to a boil in a large pot
Begin to hard boil eggs
When eggs are thoroughly boiled, remove from water and let cool
Peel shell off of eggs and slice in half
Remove egg yolks and place in a bowl
Combine mustard, onion, mayonnaise, vinegar, and hot sauce with egg yolks
Whisk until all ingredients are well combined
Place about 1 tbsp. egg mixture in each half of egg white
