  • 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 oz washed baby spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 oz thinly sliced prosciutto

Whisk vinegar, sesame oil, and olive oil together in a small bowl. Place spinach in a large bowl and drizzle with half of the oil mixture. Add pepper and toss well to coat.
